Team Strength Nutrition Workshop

Saturday January 28th at10:30am for a 1-hr workshop covering essential strategies to optimize:

Metabolism, Energy Balance, Altering your mindset about food, S.M.A.R.T. Goal setting. 

All workshop attendees will receive a BOD POD assessment.

What is the BOD POD?

The BOD POD uses whole body densitometry to determine body composition (fat vs. lean) as well as provide estimation of Resting Metabolic Rate

Space will be limited and spots will be reserved on a 1st come 1st serve basis. 

Fill out the form below to sign up and schedule your BOD POD. We will call you to set a date and time for your assessment prior to the workshop. 

(There will be a $10 BOD POD ASSESSMENT FEE for if you are not an existing TEAM STRENGTH MEMBER)

Bod Pod testing protocol:

•  No eating, drinking, or exercising TWO (2) hours prior to test

•  Remove all jewelry and eyeglasses

•  Wear minimal, form-fitting clothing such as a Lycra® or Spandex® swimsuit

during testing. Single-layer compression shorts and/or lightweight jog bras are also acceptable clothing (without padding or wires).

•  A swim cap must also be worn to compress any air pockets within the hair (will be provided)

THIS SATURDAY September 24th 10:30AM-11:30AM JOIN US FOR A COMPLIMENTARY WORK SHOP ON TRAINING WITH KETTLEBELLS. THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ALL SKILL LEVELS. NO PREVIOUS TRAINING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. SO WHETHER YOU WANT TO BEGIN LEARNING OR POLISH YOUR EXISTING TECHNIQUE THIS WORKSHOP WILL BENEFIT YOU!

DURING THIS WORKSHOP WE WILL COVER THE BASIC DETAILS ON SAFELY AND EFFECTIVELY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING MOVEMENTS USING PROPER EXERCISE PROGRESSIONS & REGRESSIONS:

  • KETTLEBELL DEAD LIFT

  • 2 HAND KETTLBELL SWING

  • GOBLET SQUAT

This Saturday August 27th at 10:30am-11:30am Join us for a complimentary work shop on Bodyweight training. This workshop is open to all skill levels. No previous training experience is required. So whether you want to begin learning or polish your existing technique this workshop will benefit you!

During this workshop we will cover the basic details on safely and effectively performing the following movements using proper exercise progressions & regressions:

  • Push Up

  • Squat

  • Pull Up
