Fight Club

FIGHT CLUB is a 60 minute 'contact' cardio kickboxing class, meaning you get to punch, kick, elbow, and knee, heavy bags, speed bags, hand pads, & more. Fight club combines all the aspects of fitness including resistance training, cardio intervals, core strength and stability, all infused with a boxing/kickboxing flavor. Not to mention jamming the hottest tunes while you are getting your butt whipped into shape. It is a club favorite!
