Foundations is an introduction to the major movements we perform on a regular basis in TEAM STRENGTH group classes.

The PURPOSE of our FOUNDATIONS program is to begin the process of your skill development and expose you the basic movements that we perform on a regular basis. It is specifically designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group classes.

Anybody and everybody. TEAM STRENGTH is 100% scalable to all ages, genders, and ability levels. 

Our goal is and will always be to leave you stronger, more prepared, and more knowledgeable than we found you. 

In that way we structure class so that beginners can join the T.E.A.M. and immediately begin learning.


Why should I do Foundations?

SAFETY and EFFECTIVENESS is PARAMOUNT. Although all of our training is scalable we want to make sure you have to proper mechanics to perform as efficiently as possible and avoid injury.

It is important that you complete each of the 4 sessions as these movements build on one another. We introduce the movements in a progressive manner, which allows ANYONE & EVERYONE to be able to participate.

The difficulty of the workouts is ultimately in your hands!
